The core ingredients of The Method
1. It’s about the way you learn
We start you from fresh and direct your senses, instincts, and thinking to the key transformations happening right under your nose.
2. It’s about the way we teach
We’re chef-instructors, not chef-instructors. Big difference! We teach you, not just show you. And not with our ego, but with our discoveries.
3. It’s about the way you cook
With the confidence to apply skill, craft, and creativity rather than by just following instructions.
4. It’s about the tools of the craft
Develop a special relationship with your knife, cutting board, pans, plates, and spices in your kitchen workshop.
5. It’s about the Science, History, Art…
Get excited about not only why things happen, but where dishes come from and how they were created. It all matters.
I actually went into it liking the idea of being able to cook, but disliking the cooking itself. My hope was that having some basics would change that. It did. I think the course actually helped unlock a passion for cooking I didn’t even realize I had to this extent. I absolutely love it.
I have never taken classes that are so informative and detailed oriented. The teachers are incredible and keep you engaged the whole way through.
