Jonathan here one last time…
You may have noticed we use the words “learner” and “learning” a lot. And refrain from the “r-word”.
That’s because we don’t really teach recipes.
We teach a learning method. You could even say a learning attitude.
There are many different ways to describe The Northwest Method. We’re told they need to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
Tony has prepared a video showing you around our upcoming flagship Fundamentals 101 course. He also gives you a snapshot of some of our other courses and a little bit more about who we are.
[Just a note, the in class-photos and videos were taken pre-COVID.]
But that’s not the end of it. When you take the Fundamentals 101 course, you also get a digital version of The Northwest Method Handbook. It’s a companion guide to our courses and covers a lot of what we teach our students in-house — from creativity to science, history, and techniques.
It’s like having us at your fingertips when you get stuck.
Once you graduate from Fundamentals 101, you will become a member of The Northwest Method community. This will give you access to other perks, like podcasts, extra videos, equipment and ingredient recommendations, links to what we’re reading and watching, and more!
Fundamentals 101 is available now. If you want to get in on the ground floor and change the way you perform in the kitchen, please consider joining us.
P.S. I promised you a secret document from Tony’s computer. I thought you should be privy to it because it describes the philosophy of The Northwest Method.
It’s something he wrote a while ago. It’s where it all began. You should read this.
